Christ the King is forming a group of volunteers to continue to serve lunches for grieving families after funerals. If you agree to join the team, you will receive an email when a funeral lunch is scheduled. You decide then if you can help with that lunch or not. There are many options for helping; some things, like washing tablecloths or rolling silverware, can be done at home.
Our goal is to have 30 to 40 people on this team who can help a few times a year. We welcome individuals, couples, families with teens, men’s or women’s groups, etc. If you can be part of this new team or have questions, please contact Connie Hansen (734-646-5557 or conzhansen@gmail.com).
