Christ the King Catholic Church in Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant & Event Coordinator to support our ministry teams and help coordinate parish events. This role is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a heart for serving the Church.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ministry teams
  • Assist in planning and coordinating parish events, including retreats and missions
  • Manage registration forms, materials, and event logistics
  • Oversee volunteer coordination and hospitality efforts

📌 Qualifications:

  • High school graduate (college degree or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and event planning tools
  • Must be an active, joyful, practicing Catholic and able to work weekends as needed

📍 Location: In-Person at Christ the King, Ann Arbor, MI
Hours: Part-time (up to 29 hours/week)
